Prices:
Prices are subject to change without notice and do not include applicable taxes. Customhomex is not responsible for typographical errors. All prices are in U.S. Dollars. Supersedes all previous price lists.

Terms:
Full payment must be enclosed with orders from new customers and with custom orders. VISA, MasterCard, Novus, and IMPAC accepted. If a minimum 50% deposit is received (requires prior approval) the balance of the order must be paid in full before order is released for shipping. All credit orders are due 30 days from date of invoice (net 30). Check orders may be delayed two (2) weeks for funds verification.

Free Shipping!
Free shipping is to 48 states only.
All products will be shipped by Standard Ground or Standard LTL depending on a product. Truck shipments are to curbside delivery only, and will not include lift gate, inside delivery or any other special delivery needs.
You may request any special shipping/delivery need at additional cost.

Delivery:
Most items which are not customized will be shipped within 7 business days. Custom and large orders vary in shipping times (usually 2-8 weeks, please call for lead-time if you are unsure) and may be drop shipped from separate locations. Specific shipping dates cannot be guaranteed. Products are generally shipped via Truck Freight. When delivered to the transportation (freight) company, shipments become the property of the purchaser. Before acceptance, the extent of any damage or shortages must be noted in writing on the bill of lading before you sign for the shipment. Claims for damage or truck freight are the responsibility of purchaser.

Returned Goods:
Returned goods will not be accepted without an RGA (returned goods authorization) number from Customhomex and must be shipped freight prepaid to our location.
Products must be returned in their original shipping cartons and padding materials within ten (10) days of receipt and may be subject to a 25% restocking charge.
Returned items must arrive in new, original saleable condition (otherwise no credit will be issued).
Defective items will be replaced with exact matching item at no additional cost. Custom orders, large quantity orders, personalized orders or orders with options will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Items must be inspected for damage or shortages and reported to Customhomex within two (2) days of receipt.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Materials:
Descriptions and specifications contained in this price list and corresponding published literature were in effect at the time the publication was approved for printing. Customhomex reserves the right to discontinue products at any time or change specifications and/or designs without notice and without incurring liability.

Installation:
Most products require some assembly, but are ready for installation. Framing materials and fasteners shall be furnished by the contractor. When products are for U.S.P.S. mail delivery, consult with your local postal authorities regarding local approval and current installation requirements before purchase.

Quotations: Individual quotations are valid for sixty (60) days. Customhomex reserves the right to alter a quotation at any time and for any reason. Customhomex also reserves the right to decline an order, in whole or in part, for any reason.

Warranty:
Customhomex provides one (1) year limited warranty to the original purchaser covering defects in material and workmanship if reported in writing to Customhomex within one (1) year of the delivery date. Whether a condition is a defect is to be determined solely by Customhomex This warranty is limited to the cost of the products and does not include installation costs, transportation neglect or costs, vandalism, misuse or alterations by the customer. Customhomex at its option, may replace or repair defective products. Imperfections in sand cast products are part of the natural workmanship and are not considered a defect in the product. Rust and wear and tear are not covered. Customhomex is not responsible for theft, damage, destruction or vandalism that may occur after purchase. Purchaser assumes all liability and risk upon purchase of goods.
